Fitness Instructor and Swim Teacher:

ITEC/NCEF Fitness Instructor Qualification
Swim teacher level 2
Previous experience running fitness classes
Previous experience conducting assessments
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Occupational First Aid certificate
Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
Pool Plant Operator Certificate an advantage  

Bar Persons:

The Midlands Park Hotel are now looking for Food and Beverage assistants to come join our team!
Must be flexible with working hours and available to work midweek.

HR Administrator:

*HR qualification is desirable

To conduct all administrative duties in relation to HR.
To liaise with employees in a professional and courteous manner at all times ensuring their queries and paperwork is addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
To assist the HR function by processing paper work, issuing contracts, letters, updating employee records, etc.
To assist with the recruitment and selection process in line with procedures.
To assist with the weekly payroll.
To liaise with departmental managers to ensure that all HR practices are being completed in line with procedure for example, monthly job chats.
To assist in training including conducting induction for all new employees.
To liaise with other departments regarding procedures and all other requests when appropriate.
