We offer five fully accessible bedrooms designed with comfort and convenience in mind, and our entire ground floor is wheelchair-friendly. For those visiting the Charter Bar & Eatery, both levels are accessible thanks to a lift located on the right-hand side, so everyone can relax and enjoy a delicious meal, a refreshing cocktail, or a cosy cup of coffee.

We also cater to a wide range of dietary requirements and are happy to welcome guide dogs throughout the hotel. If you require any assistance upon arrival, simply leave a note on your booking or let our team know when reserving your stay, we’d be more than happy to meet you at the entrance and ensure you feel right at home.
