Fantastic stay, Friendly staff

“We have previously stayed at The Midlands Park Hotel. This occasion was of a high standard as before. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The communal areas of hotel were spotlessly clean, as was the room. I enjoyed use of the leisure facilities including gym and swimming pool. The breakfast was fantastic- my children particularly enjoyed the pancake machine.“

“This hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Kids club and hotel mascot were fantastic for the children in the group, with little surprises thrown in. Facilities are super. Location of hotel is excellent. Would definitely recommend.”

“Food in the charter bar was amazing. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from. We can’t wait to come back again! We stayed here after our visit to Tayto Park as we wanted to be away from the city. Would highly recommend.“

Great Stay, Excellent Service & Fabulous Food

“Loved our stay. Everything was great. Food was really lovely. Staff were helpful. We didn’t need to leave the hotel grounds. And they heavily subsidised the parking. I love the treatments I booked at Jule spa and the leisure facilities were also great.”

Fantastic Stay, Wonderful Staff

“My partner and I stayed in total 17 days at Midlands throughout the month of July. 12 days then a break for 2 weeks followed by 5 days where we had our wedding. The hotel facilities are fantastic with a great pool and spa, with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The gym is the best I have ever seen in a hotel and even better than most independent dedicated gyms. Staff are professional and courteous. The dining at Kelly’s and charter bar are superb. Must shout out to Marie who did a stupendous job with our wedding making it the most special of days. Thank you all at the Midlands.”

Great Hotel & Location

“I love this hotel! It’s perfectly central in Portlaois with just a 5 or 10 minute walk to the town and the shopping centre. Hotel is always immaculately clean and the staff go above and beyond all the time. Swimming pool is always spotless as well as the changing areas. There’s also a fantastic kids club for children aged 5-12. We’ve been coming here since 2013 and most definitely will be back.”
