When can I check-in? What time is check out?

Your room is available for check-in from 4pm and check-out time is before 12 noon. If you are arriving early or would like a later checkout time please contact us (additional charges may apply).

Do you have family rooms?

Yes there are various family rooms on offer. Our family friendly accommodation includes rooms with 1 double & 1 single bed (with option of camp bed), 2 double beds or 1 double bed and one fold-away double sofa bed can sleep up to 2 adults and 3 children perfectly. Rooms may vary in style and décor.

Do you accept group bookings?

Does the hotel accommodate people with disabilities?

Yes, various rooms and facilities are on offer for all disabled guests.

Does the hotel accept pets?

No pets are allowed in the Midlands Park Hotel.

What is the cancellation policy?
