Midlands Escape is a new Wellness and Adventure Company based in County Laois. The company’s ethos is to empower people to take better care of their health and well-being with a strong emphasis on group activities.

Midlands Escape boasts exciting activities for adults and teenagers and is the perfect choice when looking for things to do in Laois while staying with us here at Midlands Park Hotel.

Along with offering Group Wellness Packages, Corporate Wellness Packages and School Wellness Packages, Midlands Escape offer a rental service where individuals and groups can rent bikes, kayaks and paddle-boards anywhere in the Laois area.

Bikes

Midlands Escape Trek Bikes are suitable for adults and teenagers and come in 3 different sizes – Medium, Medium/Large & Large

Price – €40 to rent from 10-1pm or 1.30-4.30pm or €75 for the full day.

Kayaks

The kayaks are suitable for both adults and teenagers and come in different sizes – 10ft, 12ft and 14 ft (2 people)

Price – €50 each per half day (10-1pm or 1.30-4.30pm) and €70 each per full day

Paddle Boards

Midlands Escape paddle boards are suitable for adults and teenagers and come in 2 different sizes – 10ft & 12ft

Price – €50 each per half day (10-1pm or 1.30-4.30pm) and €70 each per full day

Group rates are also available for all of the above.

Where are the Rentals Based?

Midlands Escape can arrange to drop off and collect any rentals here at the hotel or if you want to a particular location such as Vicarstown or the Slieve Bloom mountains – they will meet you there. Midlands Escapes make it so easy.
