About our Heated Spin Class
Our heated spin class is a challenging 45-minute class in a fitness room heated to 30°C. Classes are Instructor let and come with huge benefits such as a bigger calorie burn and helps improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. You will have no problem working up a sweat, so be sure to bring a towel and a water bottle.
We also offer a range of other fitness classes including Virtual Spin, HIIT, Aqua Aerobics & more along with a range of membership options. Members can avail of all fitness classes (heated spin class is half price to members) and our leisure facilities including pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi & gym.

About our Virtual Spin Class
Our virtual spin class is a 30 indoor class with a virtual teacher on the large screen in the fitness studio. Our virtual spin classes are a dynamic and efficient workout experience where you are in control and ideal for those short on time. Virtual spin boasts all the fitness benefits of a regular spin class but without the presence of an Instructor.
We have a range of fitness classes to choose from including HIIT, Aqua Aerobics, Heated Spin & more. Membership is available and includes access to our full leisure facilities including pool, sauna, steam room, plunge pool, jacuzzi & gym and includes all fitness classes (heated spin class is half price to members).
