Fitness Classes

We offer a full range of exercise classes to suit all fitness levels. Our classes are open to members, non-members and residents of The Hotel. Places are limited in classes, so pre-booking is necessary.

Fitness Classes Include:

• Heated Spin – Our heated spin class is a challenging 45-minute class in a fitness room heated to 30°C.
• Virtual Spin – Our virtual spin class is a 30 indoor class with a virtual teacher on the large screen in the fitness studio.
• Pump – A high-energy, full-body workout designed to tone muscles, boost strength, and improve endurance.
• HIIT – Combines intense intervals and short rests to maximise calorie burn and boost endurance.
• Aqua Aerobics – Our classes offer a refreshing and low-impact workout in the water that provides numerous health benefits.
• Step Aerobics – Our Step Aerobics class is a low impact fat burning and toning class.
• Bootcamp – Our Bootcamp classes offer a high-intensity and full-body workout that combines strength training and cardio.
• Mind & Body – Our Mind & Body classes enhance overall well-being and inner peace.
• Functional Fitness – Our Functional Fitness classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination through practical full-body exercises.
• Core – Our Core classes focus on exercises that enhance your core muscles for improved balance and overall strength.

• 1 Class – €15.00
• 10 Classes – €120.00
• 20 Classes – €230.00
• 30 Classes – €330.00

Premium members can avail of heated spin classes for half price, all other classes are included in their membership.

About our HIIT Classes Portlaoise

Our 30 minute HIIT Class is suitable for all fitness levels and is a form of high intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up with intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. Not only does that improve fitness but it also helps you burn more calories both during and after your workouts.

We offer a variety of other fitness classes for you to select from, such as Aqua Aerobics, Virtual Spin, Heated Spin.

Leisure membership is available and includes full use of our fully equipped gym, pool, sauna, steam room, plunge pool and jacuzzi along with access to fitness classes.
