Dine Out & Donate Initiative

We are proud to launch our Christmas Community Donation Initiative in support of the Children’s Health Foundation (CHF). Throughout December, €1 from every meal purchased at Charter Bar & Eatery and Kelly’s Steakhouse will be donated directly to CHF. The foundation plays a vital role in supporting frontline teams across Children’s Health Ireland hospitals and urgent care centres in Temple Street, Crumlin, Tallaght, and Connolly—providing world-class, transformative care to children and their families.

This year’s initiative holds special significance for the Midlands Park Hotel team. It is led by Stacey Corbally from our Meetings & Events department, whose four-year-old son, Matthew, is one of just three children in Ireland living with MPS VI (Maroteaux–Lamy syndrome).

Inspired by the exceptional care Matthew receives at Temple Street Children’s Hospital, Stacey and her colleagues have proudly chosen the Children’s Health Foundation as this year’s beneficiary.

At Midlands Park Hotel, we believe in listening to our team, understanding what matters most to them, and championing the charities that have touched their lives.
