About our Aqua Aerobics Classes in Laois

Our 45-minute pool based aqua aerobics class is and suitable for all levels of fitness. The class combines aerobic exercises with the resistance of water to provide a low impact but effective workout. Get all the benefit of resistance training with a lot less stress and strain on your body. Not only will it help you burn calories, tone your muscles, and sculpt your body, it is fun too! Classes are free for members.

We offer a variety of other fitness classes for you to select from including Pump, HIIT, Virtual Spin and Heated Spin. Leisure membership is also available and gives free access to fitness classes along with full use of our gym, pool, sauna, steam room, plunge pool and jacuzzi.
