Our team here at Midlands Park Hotel are following all the latest Health & Safety procedures which have been developed in line with HSE, government guidelines.
All of these procedures were implemented in advance of our reopening so we can ensure your stay with us is enjoyable and relaxing. You will have peace of mind during your stay at Midlands Park Hotel.
Covid Safety Message
Arrival Time to Hotel: Check-in time is from 4pm, and check out time is 12pm, we are unable to accommodate any early check-ins or late checkouts as we have introduced an extensive cleaning procedure to all bedrooms. This has increased the time and attention our Accommodation Team needs to allocate for each room.
Check In: Our warm welcome maybe a little different as we maintain social distancing. To prevent large crowds we ask that One guest per each booking approach reception desk to check-in, all other guests in your party should remain in your car or outside of the building to allow us to safely welcome you to the hotel. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept luggage storage before check in. Express check out is available beside the reception desk for you to check out efficiently, drop your card in the box and you are ready to go.
Face coverings must be worn by guests when moving around public areas.
Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that you may need to cancel your reservation, please note we require 48 hours’ notice prior to arrival date, after which time a one night’s stay charge will apply.
For group bookings where individual rooms cancel within your party, we require 7 days’ notice. For an entire group cancellation, we require 4 weeks’ notice. Deposits may not be refundable.
Room Moves: If you require a room move we ask for your patience, we have amended our cleaning schedule due to the current pandemic and this takes longer than usual.
Payment: We have streamlined our check in and checkout procedures for your convenience and safety. We have introduced a payment in advance policy where payment for your stay will need to be processed 24 hours prior to arrival due to the current pandemic. If this is unsuitable please contact the hotel directly, to ensure your booking remains valid. For all other purchases during your stay, guests are asked to use contactless payment throughout the hotel.
For bookings made via 3rd party websites such as Booking.com; full payment for your stay will be charged 24 hours prior to arrival. Should payment fail at this time, your booking will automatically be cancelled. If this is unsuitable, we ask that you contact the hotel directly to discuss.
Social Distancing: Social distancing is critical to all our safety. Unfortunately, we will be unable to allow guests to move from table to table. While we love having children here in the hotel, we do ask you to ensure your child remains seated at all times, we understand this will be difficult however, our aim is to ensure safety of all guests & colleagues in the hotel.
