This castle gardens and science centre is famed for the beauty of its unusual landscapes.  Explore an impressive plant collection with rare species from around the world, the peaceful gardens with surrounding lakes.

Birr Castle Gardens and Science Centre is open all year round for visitors.

Gardens & Science Centre: 16 March – 31 October 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
1 November – 15 March 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Last admission one hour before closing.
